I found Serenity after going through a couple of providers that didn’t just quite click with what I needed. From the moment the call representative took my information, to the front desk all the way to my provider- I felt comfortable and actually listened to. Everyone in this office is so kind too, I even almost didn’t call the office due to reviews.

However, even if you’re going through the bad reviews, remember there’s hundreds of great experiences that won’t be listed. From the other reviews to my experience- My wait time was a little long, but I needed to fill out paperwork so they could have record of it so that was no issue. This location makes it very clear from the signs at the front desk, down to emails, reminders, even telling you over call, in person and signing the form of their payment and cancellation policy.

Overall, they’re really friendly, professional and welcoming. Not sure how afternoons look like but mornings are quiet and the environment seems to be sensory friendly if you need that ?

Ryan is warm, welcoming, and incredibly educated. Even on a particularly rough day he still made me laugh and I felt well supported by him and every staff member I encountered along the way. I consider myself so very fortunate to have connected with this immaculate team and my hope for a happy future has been restored.

This entire process has been efficient. I read a few less than pleased reviews and my experience has differed greatly. They called me the next day after my PCP sent in a referral and I was scheduled for a week and a half out for the very first processing appointment, then scheduled a few days later to start the therapy (only because I worked the next day they had available). The patient portal is easy to access, but honestly, everything you really need is in the emails they send you. Compassion, efficiency, transparency, are all encompassed here.

Love the place and in the past years I was always critical and wrong in my views about seeing someone to improve my mental health and now I feel different. It’s important to make sure that you’re in check and sometimes we all need to get a little help. My experience at Serenity has been really great, I only have one complaint and that is the wait times. In my last 4 appointments I have arrived on time and I have had to wait between 30 min to 50 min. My appointment is quick sometimes but if I am out at lunch as many are we only get about an hour to go so if we can improve that it would be very helpful.

I've have had positive experience after positive experience here. I used to get meds that required visits every 30 days at a clinic. At Serenity I come once every 3 months. They are always asking about my condition and treating me with respect. They are the only provider who has ever answered any request through their patient portal. Other providers, you could be waiting months for messages through their portal. They are so understanding about the med shortages and flexible when it comes to treatment options. The offices at Serenity are so clean and nice. The staff are very nice and helpful. I couldn't have found a better place for my treatment, honestly. That's no small thing either. I've been to many doctors, clinics, blah blah over the years. My personal experience with Dr. Sara B has been overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend this office!
