Lash tech was confused about lash weight vs lash length. She could not comprehend that 0.10 to 0.15 lashes are not supposed to be used for fans/volume lashes. When I asked her if 0.15 is too heavy for fans she said no. I also asked her what her lightest lashes are for fanning and she said 0.10!

I also asked for doll eye mapping but she only used one length!

Lash tech was also 30 minutes later for my previous appointment with her.

Admin/management makes up for the lash tech though. Accommodating and open to constructive criticism. Lash tech was not.

The ambiance of the aesthetics clinic is nice too. Although I did not appreciate that other employees would come in the lash room to watch the lash tech and make comments.

Beauty salon is a bit crowded and the staff is noisy.

Could be a great place but management needs to work on the decorum of their staff.

Employees are very friendly, making you feel relaxed. Prices of what you want done are very reasonable. Air conditioner keeps it nice and cool.

I don't recommend this salon. I had a horrible experience here due to the incompetence of an arrogant hair dresser. The hair dresser cut my hair into a completely different style from what I wanted and was extremely rude when I requested to fix it. Don't waste your money and time by going to this place, not worth the stress of dealing with the attitude.
