I have a lot of keratosis on my face and neck. My dermatologist for many years, Dr. Vasily, previously suggested that I go to the Aesthetica Laser Cosmetic Center to try out the laser treatment. I was hesitant at first, but I finally made an appointment to visit the center a couple of months ago.

Dr. Vasily treated my condition using a Ruby Laser. I have had two sessions so far, and I must say that I am very happy with the results. I see a total transformation to my visage. The unsightly brown spots have largely disappeared. I have one more session with them, and I can't wait to see the final result.

Dr. Vasily is very experienced, and has very impressive credentials. He is one of the most friendly doctors that I have come across. His staff is very professional. His fees structure is also very reasonable. I am glad that I went to see them. My only regret is that I waited so long before visiting them.

Greetings - I probably should’ve left this review sometime ago. I just had another unpleasant experience at Dr. Vasily’s dermatology office (I did not make this appointment. My father did without my knowledge as I have a skin concern I need to have addressed asap). My dad called, asked for the “new patient” form to be emailed to him and it never was. I forgot my insurance card and license (although they had my insurance in their system and I had a picture of my license front and back). They called this office and they didn’t have my license on file - which I understand as I asked for my file when I left and I haven’t seen this office in about 3 years. As for today’s experience, it reminded me how poorly I was treated at this location by his staff when I went to this office for laser hair removal on my face. On one occasion (which I have the pictures), I had a treatment session done where I literally felt like someone was lighting my face on fire. The pain was so bad that I started to cry and convulse mid session. As someone who now gets electrolysis done, I have a very high pain tolerance and have also seen better and permanent results. I was treated by his office for years and besides that particular horrific experience (which I will never forget), my other trauma was my last visit there. Basically, his staff/front desk made me feel so insecure about myself that I left the office crying. I was told, in sum and substance, that there was no remedy for me after all the money and time invested. Dr. Vasily was not present for this.

Fast forward now, I found electrolysis (and it has been a blessing. Should’ve made this review some time ago, especially considering the amount of money and time spent by Parents and I. Thankfully, my experience today at his dermatology office reminded me of my prior bad experiences with this office and staff. Now I have an appointment with another office on the 26th and wasted an hour this morning getting to his office.

I have been getting a cool peel yearly for the last few years. Kelly is the best!! She does a great job. I would highly recommend her. She is very professional and a such a nice person!
